Founded in 2020 as the youthful legacy of the prestigious Tulips Ball in the Netherlands, the Black Tulip Society has blossomed into a vibrant community of young, international minds who celebrate culture, camaraderie, and classic European charm — all with a touch of modern flair.
From the glitz of masquerade balls and the rush of polo picnics, to the thrill of ski trips, yacht sails, and drag hunts, our calendar is as bold and dynamic as our members. Join us for unforgettable gatherings like Oktoberfest adventures in Germany, Kingsday in the Netherlands, and monthly Waltz & Wine evenings hosted in stunning cities across Europe — where we sip fine wine, learn to dance, and connect in style.
Our grandest moments? The Tulips Ball, held each spring in the iconic Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus in Scheveningen, followed by the spirited Tulips Polo Trophy, where some of our own members take to the field against top polo players from the Netherlands. And to toast the year in opulent fashion, we end with our NYE Ball at a European castle, where elegance reigns and memories are made.
